Before trying anything, make sure you are with the version 09 of iWeb.
1 - Choose the template you want to work with.
2 - Click on the parent icon of your site (it will have written by the side Site or the Site’s name you gave).
3 - On the Publish to: pull down menu, chose FTP server
4 - Type your site name on Site Name
5 - Type your school’s e-mail on Contact E-mail
6 - On the FTP Setting sections:
FTP Server: www
Username : your student ID, the one you use to login on your MacBook example: BURP566947
Password: the same of your MacBook
Directory/Path: your /www/Blog.SCISChina.org/STUDENTID
for example: /www/Blog.SCISChina.org/BURP566947
Click on test connection to check if everything is ok.
7 - On Website URL, it should be: http://blog.scischina.org/<studentID>/ where studentID is the same one specified above.
8 - After this done, click on the green arrow, the second icon on the bottom row of your iWeb window to publish the site.
