    How to Enroll a New Student

    To Enroll a new student click on the Enroll New Student link.

    Then fill out the Enroll New Student Form


    Then if the student finds siblings or finds a duplicate student select that sibling or original file.



    Parent & Student Accounts in Powerschool

    Next create accounts for the child's guardians, and set them up to login. The student's Username is the first three letters of their last name, first letter of the first name and the student number. So for example Echo Rong KIM would have a username: KIME12345, while if the last name is not long enough we take 2 letters of the first name. So Echo Rong He would be HEEC12345.

    The parent Access Password is always 213.

    Then create new (if needed) Parent Guardian accounts. normally we use the parent's e-mail username as their username. So if the parent had an e-mail of: KimJong12@naver.com you would give them a username of KimJong12. However if it's already taken, choose an appropriate username based on their name.

    Admissions Process

    Next go to Custom Screens, and Admission Process. Then complete the form.

    Next Fill in Demographic Information


    Click on the Demographics page and then fill in the demographics information. Please do not put any semicolons (;) in the e-mail address fields, one e-mail address per field. If a parent has multiple accounts and wants to use them, they can have multiple single-sign-on accounts.

    Please also enter the address in Chinese, if the address can be fully validated in Google Maps, please do so.




    Lastly the campus secretaries can add the student into classes.
