  • Go to Special Functions on the left side
  • Then click on Search Students by Grades/Attendance
  • Next Pick what you're searching for (grades < 60 for failing students).
You can also search by GPA. The GPA method SCIS Uses is SCIS Percentage.

How to transfer an individual student out of Powerschool. You need to use the Functions Menu in the Student Screen in Powerschool.

Remember that you need to have blank attendance on their last day of school. If necessary go to the attendance page and set all attendance records to (present).

How to give an Incomplete Grade

To give an incomplete you need to:

  1. Get Principal Approval
  2. Right click on the (S1) Final Grade
  3. Select Show Score Inspector
  4. Then click on the Manual Override checkbox
  5. Enter an I (Letter I) for incomplete in the Grade box
  6. Save.
  7. When the student completes the missing work, let the tech department & the principals know.

To Write Teacher Comments:
Login to Powerteacher: http://ps.scisdragons.net/teachers

Then click on the backpack icon.

Then click on a student's name, and select Teacher Comments from the drop-down list at the top-right.

Then write your comments.
